ADDITIONAL NOTES

• Once-weekly injection schedule

• Rotate injection sites weekly (abdomen, thigh, upper arm)

• Store reconstituted vial in refrigerator (2–8°C)

PEPTIDE INJECTION & AFTERCARE GUIDE

Preparation

• Reconstitute vial with 2 ml bacteriostatic (BAC) water

• Gently swirl (don’t shake) until dissolved

• Store in the fridge (2–8°C)

Injection

• Use a 1ml insulin syringe (29–31G)

• Clean vial top and injection site with alcohol

• Draw up your dose (e.g. 0.10 – 0.30ml)

• Inject subcutaneously into the lower abdomen at a 45–90° angle

• Dispose of syringe safely

Aftercare

• Apply gently pressure, don’t rub the site

• Rotate injection area weekly

• Mild redness or tenderness is normal

• Stay hydrated and store vials correctly
